For this post, it’s really someone we like.

Over the past several months we have been instructed by John Rosemond on four occasions.  He has incredibly relevant insights on parenting, which everyone should consider.

John is a licensed family psychologist who calls most of what is written today about raising children “parent babble”.  He told us that our own grandmothers (and their like-minded friends) had more child-rearing wisdom than can be found in most of these books.  He then set out to share that wisdom with us in ways that make perfect sense.

So we strongly recommend John and his teachings.

You can find him at www.rosemond.com.  We’ve given his book, Parenting By The Book, to all of our family members with children.

You can see John at https://apostles.org.  And you can listen/download two insightful talks at https://apostles.org/media/you-are-more-than-a-mother/and https://apostles.org/media/john-rosemond-mens-fraternity-overtime/.

Whether you are a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, coach, or good friend, you (and the children you know) will benefit mightily from John’s wisdom
